Fieldway is proud to announce that we have been awarded the prestigious contract for the supply and installation of over 350 fire doors for Wakefield District Housing (WDH). This significant achievement marks an important milestone in our commitment to enhancing fire safety in social housing.

Project Scope

The project involves:

  • Measured Surveys: Our in-house, highly trained surveyors will conduct detailed surveys at each WDH property to ensure accurate measurements. This guarantees that the new fire doors fit perfectly with the door frames, maximizing fire protection.
  • Collaboration with Solidcor: We are partnering with Solidcor, a leading fire door manufacturer, to deliver this project on time and in strict accordance with WDH’s schedule. Solidcor’s expertise and certification in fire door design and supply are unmatched across the UK.

Solidcor has spent nearly a year working with WDH to create bespoke, fire-tested door sets, including various sidelight and top light configurations.
