Fieldway Group launches new structure and culture to strengthen compliance delivery in social housing

Three specialist divisions and a renewed cultural framework, The Fieldway Way, position the company to support organisations across housing, healthcare, and education in meeting their building-safety and compliance obligations.

Fieldway Group, one of the UK’s leading fire-safety and compliance specialists, has unveiled a new organisational structure and shared culture framework to enhance service delivery and safety outcomes across public-sector and institutional estates nationwide.

The business will now operate through three specialist divisions:

  • Fieldway Compliance – formerly Fieldway Supplies, delivering active and passive fire-safety services
  • Fieldway Consulting – providing fire-risk assessments and compliance advice
  • Fieldway Coatings & Fire Protection – formerly IPCL, offering specialist coatings and passive fire-protection solutions

Together, these divisions create a fully integrated compliance partner capable of helping duty-holders achieve safer, compliant buildings in line with the Building Safety Act and updated Fire Safety Regulations.

At the heart of the transformation is The Fieldway Way, a cultural framework that formalises the Group’s long-standing values: Quality, Integrity, People, Expertise, and Adaptability. It defines how Fieldway teams work with clients and partners to deliver consistency, accountability, and care across every project.

Ray Jones, Chief Executive Officer of Fieldway Group said: “Whether it’s a hospital, a housing scheme, or an educational campus, the compliance challenges are different, but the expectation of safety is the same. Our new structure gives us the scale and focus to respond with precision, while our culture ensures we do it the right way, safeguarding people, properties, and communities.”

With extensive experience working in live and sensitive environments, Fieldway Group combines technical expertise with an ethos of collaboration and reliability, helping clients plan, assess, and deliver end-to-end compliance programmes efficiently and with minimal disruption.
