Following a competitive tender process through the EEM Framework in September 2023, Fieldway were awarded the contract for the servicing and planned preventative maintenance for their properties in the Midlands. Through their resolute communication, meticulous coordination and appointment management skills we have successfully delivered our works within budget, on time, and without disturbing the tenants.
Our commitment to nurturing a collaborative and transparent relationship with South Derbyshire District Council has been essential in not only meeting but surpassing their contract requirements and key performance indicators (KPI) of customer satisfaction, resolving and preventing defects, and achieving first-time acceptance at site handovers. We have dispensed customer feedback surveys to measure tenant’s satisfaction with our delivery of planned works, allowing us to continuously improve our services. We have systematically prevented and resolved defects through stringent quality checks and snagging processes, ensuring all works meet and exceed expectations before issuing certificates of completion.
