We service and maintain a variety of property types, tailoring our delivery approach to suit and support each building and resident’s individual needs or requirements. Blocks of flats and sheltered accommodation are supported by Resident Liaison Officers to ensure resident communications are upheld – commercial properties (shops and offices) are visited in accordance with their set business hours, minimising inconvenience to business owners and customers.
Two service engineers are permanently assigned to WVHT, and are alternatively on call for this contract; they oversee the planned servicing and maintenance, and undertake all repair call-outs in line with establishes service level agreements (SLAs), including out of hours work. Our appointed resource are suitably qualified, and possess the necessary skills to deliver efficient, safe servicing, maintenance and repair of all systems within the scope of works.
Engineers attend bi-annual servicing visits to ensure the equipment is in working condition, with no defects or evidence of non-compliance. Flexible appointments are scheduled in line with customer requirements by dedicated works coordinators; we issue regular reminders via SMS and phone calls, allowing time for rescheduling if necessary. Planned visits are batched up by post code and historical servicing dates – allowing operatives to attend multiple sites where equipment is due for inspection, without wasting time traveling long distances between each location.
