18 Jul Fieldway Earns Honeywell GENT Approval for Installation and Maintenance of Fire Safety Equipment

Fieldway is proud to announce our new status as a Honeywell Gent approved contractor and partner, for the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of their fire safety equipment.

Gent exclusively supplies its advanced fire detection and alarm systems to their approved network of customers, who are appointed due to their proven ability to deliver the highest quality of service.  As their partner, we are able to deliver and sustain premium fire safety within our own communities.

Expanding our Service Offering

The variety of products now available to us means that we can expand our service offering and deliver innovative and exclusive technologies to our customers.

For example, Honeywell Gent produces a range of Aspirating Smoke Detection – also known as Air Sampling Detection (ASD) – are capable of detecting fires at an incredibly early stage, before physical indicators such as smoldering can occur. This is an ideal solution for social housing properties, where an early alert system can mean the difference between life and death for vulnerable, elderly or disabled occupants.

Training, Resources and Support

Through our partnership with Gent, we now have access to exclusive training, resources, and technical support. This allows us to maintain the highest standards of service and stay updated with the latest developments in fire safety technology. Through the My HBU Training Portal our staff can track their training progress, and receive notification of new or updated literature on best practices.

Gent hosts a number of CPD Seminars covering a variety of topics, to raise and reaffirm the base knowledge of all the fire safety professionals they partner with.
