Fieldway and Axis jointly win £1.25m Eastlight Community Homes Fire Safety Contract

Awarded through the CHIC Fire and Building Safety Framework, following a mini competition managed through Axis, our new £1.25 million Fire Safety contract with Eastlight Community Homes demonstrates how combining Axis and Fieldway’s existing client relationships, framework positions and operational expertise delivers greater value for customers and residents.

The contract builds on Axis CLC’s existing relationship with Eastlight Community Homes, where previous and current contracts include solar PV, air source heat pumps, boiler replacements, and domestic gas and oil servicing.

The new contract was awarded through the CHIC Fire and Building Safety Framework. Both Axis and Fieldway are appointed to Lots 1 and 2, covering Installation & Replacement and Servicing & Maintenance, while Axis is also appointed to Lot 3, Consultancy & Management.

Eastlight Community Homes is a resident-led housing association, owning and managing around 15,000 social rent, affordable rent and shared ownership homes in the East of England.
