Through a competitive tender process Fieldway were awarded a six year contract to service and maintain Magenta Living’s fire safety assets. The scope of works consists of servicing, maintenance and associated upgrade, installation and renewals of fire alarms, emergency lighting, dry risers, AOVs and extinguishers.
Magenta Living is the largest registered housing provider in Wirral and a not-for-profit organisation, owning and managing just under 13,000 properties. Employing around 500 staff, they are a significant local employer demonstrated by Investors in People Gold standard and retaining their Customer Service Excellence certificate. Their strategic objectives include investing in their current and future homes, delivering greater value for money, and providing excellent services and neighbourhoods for their customers. They are committed to keeping their customers safe, and have a strong focus on ensuring building safety.
We provide a Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) who is 100% site based and manages the day-to-day communication of customer matters. They visit each resident individually before the works commence to explain likely levels of disruption at each stage and any preparations required prior to working on site. They are supported by our works coordination team in terms of administration and formal notification to ensure their strong presence on site.
