In 2018, Fieldway were successfully appointed to deliver the active fire service and maintenance contract for Riverside Group to over 1135 schemes via the Fusion 21 procurement platform. The contract covers planned servicing, planned prevented maintenance, call out repairs and installations of fire alarms, emergency lighting, AOVs, dry risers and firefighting equipment.

Established over 90 years ago, Riverside Group have grown to become a major provider of affordable housing, care and support services in England and Scotland, with almost 56,000 homes in management.

During an installation programme of fire alarm systems across numerous HMOs, we informed Riverside of FRA breaches within compartmentation that our operatives found on site.  This resulted in additional work being awarded which strengthened our relationship with Riverside as a turnkey fire safety contractor delivering active and passive works.

Since contract commencement, we have achieved 100% compliance across all KPIs. To demonstrate the scale of this operation, in a recent month we completed:

  • 214 service visits covering various systems
  • 189 reactive calls in hours
  • 36x OOH calls through our 24/7/365 coverage
